An attorney trained in both accounting and law. After graduating from Yonsei University with a degree in economics, I worked at Samil PwC (the Korean affiliate of PricewaterhouseCoopers) for nearly three years in the Audit and Deal Advisory Divisions. I then completed the Yonsei University School of Law and qualified as an attorney. At Pyungan Law Firm I handle matters in insolvency, tax, customs and international trade, virtual asset, corporate advisory, and finance.
Philosophy · The Attorney Who Reads the Numbers
"A corporate rehabilitation or bankruptcy filing is, in substance, the construction of a small set of financial statements. Redefining the debtor's assets and liabilities, valuing liquidation and going concern values, designing the source and schedule of repayment — it is the work of reinterpreting the financial statements through the lens of insolvency law."
